We require a 3-hour notice of cancellation.

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes 3 hours before the start of your service to avoid incurring a 50% late cancellation or No Show fee. The cancellation fee will be 50% of the service amount.

After 2 reschedules of the same service appointment you will only be allowed to come as a walk-in to receive any services, to avoid any further reschedules.

Client Satisfaction - Please at anytime during your service, if you are not satisfied or need to address any adjustments, or concerns to your therapist, please do not hesitate to speak up and direct your concerns directly to your therapist. Please allow our team to make your experience the best they can with your feedback before and during your service treatments.

**Minimum age for all services is 18, adult guardian for ages 13-17 must accompany minor inside treatment room.**

Gift Certificates & Walk-In Appointments

Online Booking Spa Policy

All clients with Gift Certificates/Gift Cards purchased online will have a mandatory 24 hour Booking hold for verification of the original payees credit card and ID utilized during payment. A Valid Government issued ID will be needed and verified prior to ANY services received. You will be denied receiving any services without proper identification, and confirmation of payment. All refunds will be given to the payees credit card at the time of purchase. A payment verification will be needed to book any walk in appointments via cash or credit card with proper Identification.
